Purpose of the Addon

BuffYourself is designed to provide players with motivational messages during their gameplay sessions. The addon encourages players to take care of their health by sending friendly reminders to hydrate, stretch, and snack responsibly. These messages are displayed in an immersive World of Warcraft-themed style to maintain the in-game atmosphere.

Key Features

  1. Motivational Messages:

    • Over 100 unique motivational phrases, each designed to encourage healthy habits during gameplay.
    • Phrases include themes from popular games and humorous reminders, blending health tips with gaming culture.

  2. Debug Box:

    • A dedicated debug window allows for viewing the addon's internal workings, ensuring transparency and aiding troubleshooting.
    • Provides detailed feedback, such as when phrases are selected or when timers are started.

  3. Random Word Coloring:

    • One word in each message is randomly colored to add flavor and make the messages visually engaging.
    • The colors are randomly generated to ensure a unique experience every time a message is displayed.

  4. World of Warcraft Title Font:

    • All messages are displayed using the World of Warcraft title font (Morpheus), adding to the in-game immersion.

  5. Customizable Message Interval:

    • Users can set the time interval (1-60 minutes) for when motivational messages appear.
    • The interval setting is saved between sessions, ensuring preferences persist even after logging out.
