• Low-level characters no longer see buffs they can't receive yet. The game refuses a buff on a target more than 10 levels below the spell (e.g. Divine Spirit needs level 20, Blessing of Kings level 10, Salvation level 16).
• Same check when you buff others and in the group rebuff lists: a paladin gets the next blessing that fits the player's level.
