* Added Paladins to the Caster list so that spell damage consumables are appropriate such as Wizard Oil.

* Adjusted the Shaman personal weapon enchant to only apply to Enhancement shamans.

* Fixed a bug where having a higher level group buff than a caster in the group could cast, would not be accepted as having that buff.
