removed "low level casters prefer mana" logic from cataclysm [infrastructure];  corrected low level hunter default role [bugfix]

completed paladin aura support, but some of the priorities may be odd, like many melee artificially inflating the value of retribution aura [feature];  added support for mount-specific auras like crusader aura [feature]; capped frequency and number of operations performed in OnUpdate, at 4 per second [performance]; abstracted suggestion sorting to separate function, but this is only an optimization for mounting/dismounting so far [infrastructure];  removed old counting corrections, used to "fix" number of recipients for class-wide buffs;  pray this doesn't break, because it's incompatible with the new paladin auras [infrastructure]
