  "your Innervate rank: 1" read like a spell rank; it now says
  "you're #1 on my Innervate leaderboard with 42 casts", matching the
  #N style of the !rank replies.

• Welcome whisper for a caster's first recorded cast
  Optional sub-option of the thank-you whisper. The greeting replaces
  the routine thank-you for that cast by stamping the cooldown, mentions
  !rank only when auto-replies are on, and fires again for casters who
  were forgotten or pruned, since their history genuinely restarted.
