Buff Cues

- Changed Buff Cues to fully opt-in behavior; the addon and every detected cue now start off.
- Added separate Sound, Icon, and Text choices to every buff, usable alone or together.
- Removed the large dark alert panel. Runtime visuals now contain only the requested icon or subtle text.
- Added independent movable positions for the icon and text overlays.
- Added a compact event selector for gain, stack, fade, and combined event choices.
- Made the first output selection enable the addon automatically in the same click.
- Added an opt-in migration that safely disables recommendations created by older versions.
- Reworked first-run guidance, status text, row spacing, and tooltips around the simpler setup.
