0.9.87: the arrow points you to flights, zeppelins, boats and the tram

• When a flight between two flight paths you already have gets you to your next stop quicker than walking, the arrow points to the flight master first and the tracker says where to fly and about how much time it saves. Open the flight map and your destination lights up.
• The same for the zeppelins (Orgrimmar, Tirisfal, Grom'gol), the boats (Menethil, Auberdine, Rut'theran, Theramore, Booty Bay to Ratchet, Feathermoon) and the Deeprun Tram. It only suggests a trip when it saves at least a minute, and never sends you a long way round for a few seconds.
• The addon learns your flight paths each time you open a flight map, so open one at the next flight master you pass. It works in every game language.
