A broker plugin for Simulationcraft

Description

I got tired of typing /simc in chat so here is a Broker Plug-In that will display your ilvl in the tooltip and export a SimulationCraft string using the Simulationcraft Data Export Plugin.

NOTE: If pawn is installed it will show the tracked scales in the tooltip. (Pawn is NOT REQUIRED)
