Areko:
    - Tweaks
    - Remove value displaying option 'Progress(Kill)'
    This value was never really correct.
    
    Reputation are accessible to show per default and
    the 'Progress(Reputation)' option is now default.
    - Add "The Path of Glory" and "Bladefury's Command" as Iron Horde zones
    - Add "Refuse Pit" in Frostfire Ridge for Goren faction
    - Add dynamic reputation bonus
    The Guild Banner defaults to the epic one.
    - Fix updating after quest turn in
    - Checks if the `UPDATE_FACTION` event comes from a hidden faction
    - Fix faction reputation reset
    - Clean ups, tweaks, and small fixes
    - The detached Tooltip has now a "small" mode
    In this mode it will only show the current active faction.

    - Doesn't auto toggle the Tooltip when on a taxi
    - The detached Tooltip can now be auto toggled

    - Trigger Tooltip update for reputation gain from quests
