Timmeh:
    - Remove Atlas Loot opening in favour of tooltip for right click.
    * Atlas Loot opening wasn't really useful anyway (it just opens it,
      doesn't do anything based on spec).
    * People with mouseover tooltips in combat disabled can now switch
      loot spec by right clicking.
