-added frFR locale (thanks akirra83)
-added bank scanning so you can now track stacks/items in the bank
-changed scanning routines slightly for better performance
-changed text field back to multiselect lets see if it still breaks
-added separate custom icon sizes for text/tooltip
-toggle can turn on custom icon adjustments if it doesn't line them up nice for you by default
