Starfox:
    - Sort inactive followers to the bottom
    - Sorting is hard... fix it
    - Sort order hall follower tooltip
    - Show spec in tooltip
    - Display abilities in tooltip
    - Start displaying a tooltip, only names so far
    - Fix updating order hall follower counters
    - More splitting garrison vs orderhall
    - Change more variable to distinguish if we are doing garrison or order hall stuff
    - Make followerList an array of 2 arrays, so garrison and order hall don't get merged
    - Rename functions
    - Skip quality upgrade toast for order hall champions
    - Fix champions leveling up throwing errors
    - Default to common quality for formatted follower name
