A Failbot with a lot of statistics

A simple Failbot. Will only Work in ICC and further new raid instances.

Features: -

Goals:
-Show Fails in Chat
-show all fails without specification in chat.
-show specific fails in chat while/after bossfights
-show fails of certain bosses in special frame for user.
-show fails of certain bosses in raid/say/whatever chat.
