Optimizations & Improvements

• GLOBAL_MOUSE_UP Event Scoping (BrannsJournal.lua):
  • GLOBAL_MOUSE_UP is no longer registered globally during the entire play session. It now registers exclusively while WorldMapFrame is shown (OnShow) and unregisters immediately when closed (OnHide), ensuring zero CPU overhead during combat, camera movement, and looting.
• Pin Size & Opacity Slider Optimization (BrannsJournal.lua):
  • The pin size (8-32 px) and opacity (30-100%) sliders in the Options panel now check whether the rounded value has actually changed before rebuilding pins in HereBeDragons-Pins.
• Defensive Initialization & Metadata (BrannsJournal.lua, BrannsJournal.toc):
  • Guaranteed BJ.db initialization if /bj or /brannjournal slash commands are invoked early before PLAYER_LOGIN.
  • Standardized ## Interface: 16001 exclusively for the World of Warcraft Forever client.
