New Features:

* Main Window: Header now displays information regarding current Loot Distribution (icon, item name, ML's comment).

* Wishlist: Introduced (very) basic wishlist. Listed items will have special indication in Loot Distribution Popup. Use "BPGP -> Options -> Interface -> Wishlist" to configure.

* Master Looter: Added Loot Distribution comments auto-filling from imported text file. Use "BPGP -> Options -> Master Looter -> BP/GP/Loot Popups" to configure.

* Vashj Helper (beta): Small widget that displays list of players with Tainted Cores in inventory, and for how long they have it. Players without BPGP 1.2.0+ installed can't be tracked.
