New Features:
* Enforced Settings: Base GP can now be configured per table wise. BPGP below 1.1.1 cannot read this setting. Guild-wide version update required to use this setting.
* Standby List: Added "Announce List" button to "BPGP -> Tools". Prints current standby list in configured channel.
* Standby List: Added "Send Request" button to "BPGP -> Tools" and "/bpgp standby" command. Automatically whispers "bpgp standby" to person BPGP is currently locked for.
* Maggy Helper: Assignments window is now detached from main widget window and can be moved separately.
* Maggy Helper: When next Blast Nova gonna be yours to click, counter turns yellow for first 10 seconds, and only then turns red.
* Maggy Helper: Implemented optional sound warning 10 seconds before the expected Blast Nova. Right click Maggy Helper to open menu and click "Enable Sound".


Bug Fixes:
* Maggy Helper: Fixed checksum calculation bug, sync state icons should work as intended now for players with updated version.
