New features:

* Added "Maggy Helper" widget which helps to visualize cube locations and remember your Blast Nova assigns. Also displays next Blast Nova number based on DBM data source. Can be accessed via BPGP -> Tools -> Maggy Helper.

* Main Window can now be closed by pressing Esc button.

* Master Looter: Added auto-removal of masterlooted items from Loot Distribution Sidebar when BPGP is locked. Little QoL change for ML'ing roll-based raids.

Bugfixes:

* Standby Requests: Fixed request processing. It was a bad idea to make code cleanup after testing. :(
