Changed several routines to make sure delve and quest names, tool tips, etc. always follow the client language (independent from addon language selection)
Added addon language translations for German, French and Spanish. Feel free to send in corrections, as there WILL BE errors.
Added reminder pop-up for Trovehunter's Bounty. If you enter a delve and got a TH Bounty in your bag, the addon will remind you to use it.
