Performance

• Raid checks: nameplate, target and boss auras are dropped with a single lookup, so the busiest raid event costs almost nothing.
• Cooldown window: roster data is updated in place instead of rebuilt several times a second.
• Notes: redraws reuse memory, and the "got it" reply after receiving a note goes only to the sender instead of the whole raid.
• Attendance: a raid night is capped at 400 recorded events.

• Waiting list: the bench panel now has two lists, Waiting List above Bench, each with its own header and count.
• New commands (guild chat or whisper): !wl joins the waiting list, !bl the bench. Add a role: !wl tank, !bl heal, !bl dps. !unwl / !unbl leave. Joining one list removes you from the other. The old !tank, !heal, !dps and !bench commands are gone.

• Permanent Marks rebuilt for 12.0. The game now blocks addons from placing raid markers, so each row has a Mark button and the panel has Mark all and Clear. Your click places the markers; BPRT reminds you in chat when marks go missing.
• Drawing and note rendering are lighter on memory; borders scale correctly at any UI scale; settings text never drops below 10 pt.
