BossHerald

Spoken, role-based callouts a few seconds before boss abilities happen – in English or German.

BossHerald tells you in a full sentence what you have to do in your role:

• Tank: "Stone Breaker is coming, soak the three impacts in order, then swap bosses."
• Healer: "Raid damage is coming, prepare your healing."
• Everyone: "Vitriolic Stasis is coming, both bosses equalize health, damage them evenly."

Requirements

• BigWigs (required) – BossHerald uses BigWigs' encounter timers to know which ability is coming next.
• LittleWigs (required for dungeons) – without it there are no callouts in dungeons.
• In BigWigs, keep the default timer mode: /bw → Timeline → "BigWigs enhanced timers displayed as BigWigs bars".
• A Windows text-to-speech voice for your language (English voices ship with Windows; for German install the German speech pack).

Features

• Automatic callouts for all other abilities BigWigs/LittleWigs have timers for.
• Callout language follows the chosen voice (English or German); the window follows your game language.
• Settings window (/bh or minimap icon): browse expansions → raids/dungeons → bosses → abilities (from the Adventure Guide), edit callouts per role, listen to them, simulate them with your lead time.
• {name} in a callout is replaced by the ability's name in your client language.

Limitations

• Only abilities that appear in Blizzard's boss timeline and are identified by BigWigs/LittleWigs can be announced.
