Boss Auto Stopwatch

Opens and starts the default stopwatch during raid boss attempts

Utilizes the WoW default stopwatch as follows:

Shows and starts the stopwatch when a boss is engaged.
Pauses the stopwatch after a wipe.
Pauses and hides the stopwatch after a kill.

Requires Deadly Boss Mods or BigWigs Bossmods to function.
