Bordo 1.16.29 - Changes since 1.16.28

- Overhauled Mythic+ Trash Count: replaced the bulky progress bar and background window with a clean, borderless percentage text that matches the default UI style.
- Fixed an issue where Mythic+ enemy forces progress remained stuck at 0.00% by reading live criteria quantities directly from the scenario tracker.
- Added live color transitions: percentage turns green automatically when the dungeon checkpoint threshold is reached.
- Added instance name detection: Trash Count now also displays inside Den of Nalorakk, Altar of Fangs, and Murder Row outside of active keys (e.g. Normal, Heroic, M0) for easier route practice.
- Added background dungeon auto-gossip: single-option dialogs (such as campfires, portals, and start prompts) are now confirmed automatically in party and raid instances.
- Added `/bordotrash` test command to preview percentage values and sound alerts anywhere.
