BoostWaitlist

If you use '/boost off' while players are in the waitlist, it will ask if you want to clear the waitlist and whisper those players to tell them you're done boosting.

The whisper has a decent default but can be customized with:

/boost setdonemessage Message here.

This feature can be disabled via '/boost setdonemessage' (with an empty message).
