Campfire buffs

• Boon now knows the camp buffs. Profession camp objects grant an hour-long lesser copy of a class buff that does not stack with the real one. Boon recognizes the seven that overlap with its buffs: Fish Bowl (Kings), Lodestone (Might), Mana Well (Wisdom), Incense Candle (Arcane Intellect), First Aid Kit (Fortitude), Faction Banner (Divine Spirit) and Enchanted Lute (Mark of the Wild).
• No more downgrading a camp buff. Casting the class buff replaces the camp copy whichever is stronger, so a rank 1 Wisdom cast over a Mana Well leaves the player worse off. The camp numbers vary from camp to camp, so Boon reads them from the Camp Benefits tooltip on the target and compares them with the rank you would cast. When the camp version is as strong or stronger, Boon skips that buff and moves to the next suggested buff if applicable. When yours is stronger, and other overlapping buff are present it will offer as an upgrade.
• /boon why prints both numbers, for example "they have the Lodestone camp buff (90), stronger than your Blessing of Might rank 2 (25)".

Removed

• Blessing of Salvation. The 15 October patch replaced it with Salvation and Mass Salvation, which are no longer restrictive "blessings". Meaning a Paladin can buff a player with 1 blessing and Salvation. Boon is for buffing the players around you in the open world, so it no longer offers Salvation.
• Blessing of Sanctuary. Paladins on WoW Forever do not have it and this was an oversight on my part.
• If either was in your buff order or ticked on, your settings are tidied up on login. Nothing else changes.

Also

• /boon why now names Greater Blessings, Prayers of Fortitude and Spirit, Arcane Brilliance and Gift of the Wild on the target instead of calling them a rank number.
• /boon debug lists any buff on the target that Boon does not recognize, with its name and spell ID. If Boon stays quiet on someone with a camp buff it should have handled, send those lines.
