- Implement .pkgmeta and SVN externals.
- ToC bump.
- Embed libraries.
- Add feature to ignore specified characters or skills for the purposes of recipe coloring and tooltip info.

- Comment out "Include current character" option as it currently does nothing.
- Fix deleting of a character's skill.
