Bonus Roll History v0.6

Added full multilingual support with new translation files for German, French, Russian, Traditional Chinese, and “Brainrot” Simplified Chinese.
Chat announcements and funny templates are now localized per language.
The zhCN version includes new meme-style Pandaria raid quotes with loot integration.
A new settings panel has been added under Game Menu → Options → AddOns → Bonus Roll History for language and feature configuration.
Minor fixes to tooltips, localization handling, and SavedVariables initialization.
