Bump Interface to 120105 for WoW patch 12.1.5

Addon code was scanned against the 12.1.5 API changes; no removed or
re-signatured API is used, so only the TOC Interface version needed
updating.

    chore(toc): bump Interface to 120105 for patch 12.1.5

    - README version references updated: compatibility lines 12.1 -> 12.1.5;
      "Pure 12.1 design" phrasing made version-agnostic (the secret-value
      design is a retail-wide property, not tied to one patch)
    - Offline smoke suite: 144 passing
