Body Pull 1.0.4 - Play with a controller

Restart the game after updating (new files). A /reload is not enough.

- Play with a controller (the game's controller support or ConsolePort): the d-pad steps, A waits a turn, X
  undoes, Y lights a lantern hint, Back restarts the room, B or Start opens the menu. The menus and results
  work with the d-pad and A. The key hints show the controller's buttons.
- Nothing is highlighted while you play; a fight hands the controller back to your character.
- Place things with the controller: the minimap button. NetherSuite > Settings > Behaviour > "Place things
  with the controller" (or its key binding): the d-pad moves the highlighted piece (a minimap button turns
  round the minimap), the bumpers go to the next one, X switches big and small steps, Y sizes what can be
  sized, A keeps it, B puts it back.
