1.3 Added a /bsma command which controls the alpha/opacity of the bloodsplatter. For those people (including myself) who though having blood 100% Opaque to be distracting at the most crucial time of combat, those last few hits when its do-or-die.

Use: /bsma 1-100.

Also change the commands to be /bs instead of /blsp for simplicity
