What's new

1.1 — UI Polish, Crowd Control & Nameplate Improvements

Updated interface

  • Replaced the ornate Blizzard window frame with a modern, dark design, thin borders, and matching header/footer styling.
  • Balanced window margins, sidebar alignment, selection highlights, and spacing around the options panels.
  • General now appears when opening settings and disappears from navigation after selecting another group.
  • The active group moves to the top of the sidebar, with inactive groups beneath a thin separator.
  • Added gold hover borders to the main groups while preserving their existing highlights.
  • NEW markers hide beside selected sections. Improved marker spacing and aligned the Nameplate Style and Enemy Debuffs markers.

Crowd-control workaround

  • Added an experimental CC Display Workaround under Nameplates → Enemy Debuffs for Blizzard styles, intended to address crowd control missing from Blizzard’s native debuff display.
  • The workaround is enabled once for fresh installs and updating users. Later choices remain saved across reloads and future builds.
  • Enabling it provides visibility, icon-size, spacing, and maximum-count controls like those available for ATD.
  • Personal debuffs appear above the bar, with crowd-control icons on the left.
  • PvE/PvP layouts save separately, and Blizzard-workaround settings remain separate from ATD settings.
  • Disabling the workaround restores Blizzard’s native aura visuals.
  • Added a crowd-control notice to General with a red Known Issue heading and a Debuff Settings shortcut.

The workaround remains experimental. Please report missing effects or other issues in the CurseForge comments.

Nameplate text and levels

  • Added Disable Mob Level for Blizzard styles. Checking it hides the numbered level bubble and updates the preview without changing the health bar’s layout.
  • Disable Mob Level starts unchecked once for fresh installs and updates, then preserves later choices. Compatibility Mode retains Blizzard’s level display.
  • Fixed Health Percentage sizing affecting Health Value. Each slider now controls its own text independently.
  • Health Value size now defaults to 12 px for fresh installs and first-use ATD settings, while remaining disabled initially. Existing custom sizes and visibility choices are preserved.

Target of Target

  • Added separate saved size and position settings for ATD and Blizzard styles.
  • Updated defaults:
    • ATD: 13 px, horizontal 3 px, vertical 0 px.
    • Blizzard Large/Default: 12 px, horizontal −5 px, vertical 2 px.
  • Show Last Name now starts disabled on fresh installs. Existing choices are preserved.

Threat Display

  • Moved text-size, position, and snapshot-duration sliders into a separate Customize window with a full preview.
  • Added a Percentage/Differential selector and Reset button inside Customize.
  • Reduced the main preview and placed it above Display Mode.
  • Removed the redundant main-page Preview caption and Reset Layout button.
  • Changed display-mode selector text to white for readability.
