BliZzi Interrupts 4.0.0
- Party Cooldowns is back. Full clean-room rebuild of the party defensive / offensive cooldown tracker. Icons attach to your party unit frames (ElvUI, Cell, Grid2, EnhanceQoL, Danders, SUF, or Blizzard — auto-detected) and light up with a glow while the spell's buff is active, then transition into a cooldown swipe + countdown text. Works in Mythic+ without addon-to-addon sync — every cast is detected locally via UNIT_SPELLCAST_SUCCEEDED, UNIT_AURA, and UNIT_FLAGS so the tracker stays accurate even when Blizzard blocks addon comms in timed keystones
- Multi-charge tracking. Spells with talent-granted extra charges (Blur + Demonic Resilience, Pain Suppression + Protector of the Frail, Obsidian Scales + Obsidian Bulwark, Time Dilation + Just in Time, Survival of the Fittest + Padded Armor) show a charge-count badge and use WoW's serial-recharge model: a second cast queues behind the first instead of resetting the timer
- Talent-aware cooldowns. Per-talent CD modifiers cover both flat-seconds reductions (Demonic Resilience, Just in Time, Savagery, Planes Traveler, Master of Escape, Angel's Mercy, Chrysalis, Expeditious Fortification, Unbreakable Spirit) and percentage scalars (Evoker's Interwoven Threads applies its -10% to every Evoker spell automatically). Loadout swaps update icons live via LibSpecialization
- Feign Death tracking. Hunter Feign Death now glows for the duration the hunter stays feigned-dead and ends precisely when they stand back up. Detection uses UnitIsFeignDeath flag transitions so the buff stays tracked even when Blizzard's cast event doesn't deliver cleanly on party members
- Settings panel rework. Six logical sections — General, Anchor & Position, Icon Appearance, Cooldown Text, Charge Badge, Visibility — replace the previous one-long-page layout. Every setting live-applies (no /reload) and new defaults give a clean look out of the box: 28px icons, 3px gap, 15pt cooldown text, charge badge in the corner, and the tracker auto-enabled
- M+ Tools removed. The standalone pull-timer / ready-check / battle-res counter floating window was retired — pull timers can't be started during an active encounter so the feature wasn't earning its UI footprint
