• Target retail 12.1.0 and WoW Forever 1.60.1
  Interface numbers confirmed in-game via /bmcompat: retail 12.1.0 reports
  120100 and Forever 1.60.1 reports 16001. The hand-edited Forever toc had
  16000, which would have flagged the addon out-of-date on that client.
  Declare both in a single multi-version Interface line so one toc serves
  every client, and bump to 1.2. Also makes /bmcompat print the interface
  number alongside the version and build.
• Support WoW Forever alongside retail
  The global GetItemInfo is absent on WoW Forever (1.60.x), which errored in
  GetItemBindType while rendering collection icons. Resolve item APIs once in
  a compat block, preferring the existing global so retail keeps its current
  path, then falling back to the C_Item namespace. Guard both call sites so a
  client exposing neither degrades instead of erroring.
  Also adds /bmcompat, which reports which client APIs the running build
  exposes, to pin down further cross-client differences.
