Added more features aswell as removed some occasional bugs.

Added GUI.
Added ability to block communications from certain people '/bmah block'
Added '/bmah forceclear' command incase DB gets corrupted. (not shown ingame with '/bmah help')

Compatible with 1.2 but forceclear does not work with 1.2's

Probably forgot something again....

Sometimes it does not register when you open the BMAH interface the first time. To be 100% sure you can open it, close it and open it again. It always works on the second time but only like 60-70% of the first time.
