Added more features aswell as removed some occasional bugs.

Incompatible with older versions.

Added '/bmah' as command.
Added commands such as '/bmah string xxx' to change the output.
Added whisper support (whisper someone with addon  'bmah list' to get his current values).
Added last seen as data to each item.
Added command to reset all '/bmah reset yes'.
Added listing to guild/party '/bmah list guild'
Probably forgot something but meh

Occasionally does not register when you open the BMAH interface. To be 100% sure you can open it, close it and open it again. It always works on the second time but only like 60-70% of the first time.
