Implement high contrast flash mode for Pally

Since so many spells are yellow/gold in color, the default white/yellow
flashing is actually super-hard to see.  This uses the new rotation
flash color feature from the library to allow users to opt-in to a high
contrast option for Pally, which has a pink/purple flash color that is
much higher contrast with the sea of gold that pally spells present.

Add prot pre-combat flashing
