Updates for MM and BM hunter rotations
This includes a bundle of updates to the BM and MM hunter rotations.
They are now in sync with current theorycrafting.
It significantly improves prediction of focus, and about spell
availability when delayed due to lack of focus, leading to a smoother
and cleaner set of flashing.
