v0.8.09 — Front-Layer UI

• Moved the BiS Forge main window to HIGH frame strata.
• BiS Forge now stays in front of normal WoW UI panels and most addon windows.
• Tooltips and higher-priority popup elements can still appear above BiS Forge.
• Preserved proper layering for gear tables, clickable rows, selection highlights, Notes, Owned controls, Enhance, and dropdowns.

• Added the ability to collapse and expand the Alt List.
• Added an Alt List toggle control to the section header.
• Added the number of available alternative items to the header: ALT LIST (count).
• Alt List collapsed/expanded state is remembered across /reload and logins.
• Preserved Raid/Mythic+, Notes, Owned, Enhance, and row-selection functionality.

v0.8.11 — Alt List Toggle Fix

• Replaced unsupported Unicode arrow characters that appeared as blocks in WoW.
• Changed the Alt List toggle to use:
  • - ALT LIST when expanded.
  • + ALT LIST when collapsed.
• Preserved the saved Alt List state.

v0.8.12 — Owned Item Tooltip Update

• Changed tooltip behavior for Owned gear.
• Items marked Owned no longer display their item tooltip when hovered.
• Marking an item Owned immediately hides an open tooltip.
• Unchecking Owned immediately restores normal tooltip behavior.
• Applied the change to both BiS and Alt lists.
• Preserved clickable rows, Notes, Enhance, and the collapsible Alt List.

v0.8.13 — WoW-Style Alt List Button

• Removed the + / - characters from the Alt List heading.
• Restored the clean ALT LIST (count) header.
• Added a dedicated WoW-style chevron button for collapsing and expanding the Alt List.
• Chevron points:
  • Down when expanded.
  • Right when collapsed.
• Added Collapse Alt List / Expand Alt List hover tooltips.
• Preserved the saved collapsed/expanded state.

• Moved the collapse/expand chevron to the left of the Alt List header.
• Adjusted the ALT LIST (count) heading position for cleaner alignment.
• Preserved the WoW-style chevron and hover tooltip.
• Preserved Alt List state across /reload and logins.
• No changes to gear data, stat priorities, enhancements, Notes, Owned tracking, or row selection.
