🖥️ Front-Layer UI

  • Moved the BiS Forge main window to HIGH frame strata.
  • BiS Forge now stays in front of normal WoW UI panels and most addon windows.
  • Tooltips and higher-priority popup elements can still display above BiS Forge.
  • Preserved proper layering for:
    • Gear tables
    • Clickable gear rows
    • Selection highlights
    • Enhance column
    • Notes
    • Owned controls
    • Dropdowns
