Version 2.0 - Added Custom BiS Sets Creation

• Custom BiS Sets Creation: Added the ability for players to create, edit, duplicate, and delete their own Best-in-Slot (BiS) sets directly within the addon.
  • Players can build personalized BiS lists by selecting items from predefined sources (Raid/Dungeon drops, Set & Catalyst items, Crafted & Quest items) or by specifying a custom item via its Item ID.
  • Custom sets can be saved and set as the default BiS list for a given specialization, seamlessly integrating with existing features like the BiS item tooltip indicator.
• Enhanced BiS Item Indicator: Updated the BiS item tooltip indicator to recognize items from custom BiS sets when they are set as the default for the player's specialization, ensuring consistency across all BiS lists.
