BigWigs_NezirIcePatch

This really simple addon just adds a cooldown timer for Nezir's Ice Patch ability to BigWigs.

I use it to keep my GCD free while Ice Patch is off cooldown, so that I may help my healer out with Hand of Freedom, should they be the one to be targetted by Ice Patch.

This can reduce the damage they take from it by a fair amount.

If someone has more accurate numbers for the cooldown lengths I used (15s), feel free to contribute. :-)
