Bigger Markers
Ever placed a raid mark and then completely lost track of it once things got chaotic? Bigger Markers takes the tiny skull/cross/square icon Blizzard already draws on a marked unit's nameplate and blows it up to whatever size actually works for you — fully adjustable, independently for friendly and enemy targets.
Features
• Independent Friendly / Enemy sizing — enlarge marks on your allies and marks on enemies separately, each with its own scale and position.
• Adjustable scale from 1x up to 8x.
• Vertical and horizontal offset controls so the bigger icon sits exactly where you want it relative to the nameplate — no more overlap with names, health text, or other UI elements.
• Live preview — every slider updates instantly in-game, no need to reload or re-mark anything.
• Works with replacement nameplate addons (e.g. EllesmereUI) as well as Blizzard's default nameplates — Bigger Markers automatically detects which one is actually drawing the icon on your screen and scales the right one.
• Minimap button for quick access, draggable to wherever you like.
• Lightweight — no per-frame overhead; updates are event- and ticker-driven.
Usage
• Type /bm (or /biggermarkers) to open the settings panel.
• Click the minimap button to do the same.
• Switch between the Friendly and Enemy tabs to configure each independently.
• Drag the sliders or type an exact value into the box next to each one.
Notes
• A raid mark has to actually be placed on a unit (via the standard Blizzard raid target menu) for its icon to appear — Bigger Markers enlarges existing marks, it doesn't create new marking permissions or bypass Blizzard's own rules about who can mark whom.
• If you're running a nameplate replacement addon, Bigger Markers looks for its icon frame automatically — no configuration needed either way.
