Bigger Combo Points

Added independent settings for each character. Colors, brightness, size, and position are now saved per character and realm. Existing settings are kept for the first character that loads this version.

• Added an in-game configuration menu. Use /bcp to open it.
• Adjust combo point size, brightness, and X/Y position with sliders and numeric fields.
• Choose separate fill colors for normal and Incarn extra combo points.
• Acquisition and depletion animations match the selected point colors.
• Empty points and original borders keep their default appearance.
• Reset position/size and colors separately. /bcp reset restores all settings.
• Existing slash commands remain available: /bcp scale <number>, /bcp x <number>, /bcp y <number>, and /bcp reset.
