Big stacks, Small timer

A quick addon that swaps the timer and the stack counter on buffs in the native Cooldown Manager for better readability
While blizzard is working on the cooldown manager, some features feel lacking.
One of the main issue is the fact that stack counters are tiny on followed buffs, so I made a quick fix for this !
