Changed detection from missing gems and enchants to how many gems and enchants are currently applied to equipped gear to coincide with the Midnight socketing changes and this is a better solution for all upcoming expansions.

Added Flask Detection for Vicious Flask of Honor for level 80 or below and Vicious Thalassian Flask of Honor for level 81+

Added Premade Detection - Will show visual and audio warning (Beware) for groups of 2+ from the same server
