• feat: countdown on timed quests
  Timed quests get a Time Remaining line that ticks every second, also
  when collapsed and on delivery quests that are complete from the start.
  Classic leaves GetTimeAllowed empty, so the time falls back to
  GetQuestTimers and then the quest log's own GetQuestLogTimeLeft. The
  ticker skips updates while the tracker is hidden or collapsed.
  Confirmed in game.
