- Profile loading now stays on `Default` until the user explicitly creates or chooses another profile.
- Deleting the active profile now falls back to `Default` instead of auto-creating a character-keyed replacement.
- Creating a new profile with a blank name now uses the current `Character-Realm` name and keeps it unique with a numeric suffix when needed.
- Discord release notifications now use a condensed summary so the changelog content does not get cut off in the embed.
- Fixed the `QUEST_TURNED_IN` playback error caused by a missing volume value hitting `string.format`.
