    Fix upgrade icon for Timewalking items, bump version to 0.6.1

    Use C_Item.GetCurrentItemLevel via ItemLocation for accurate ilvl
    in ShouldShowUpgradeIcon instead of GetDetailedItemLevelInfo which
    returns default/base ilvl for Timewalking items.
