Add Avada profile configuration UI and commands

Introduces AvadaConfig.lua, providing a UI for managing Avada tracker profiles, including import/export, profile selection, and editing. Updates Constants.lua to add new database fields for Avada profiles and indices. Functions.lua now loads user-defined Avada profiles if set. Config.lua adds a slash command (/aa) to open the Avada config UI. The .toc file is updated to include AvadaConfig.lua.
