1.0.1 Blizzard added default LossOfControlFrame to MoP. This patch makes it so on MoP client BetterBlizzCC shows the default LossOfControl in instanced PvE content. This is a temporary solution since BetterBlizzCC is intended for PvP and for PvE the default one will be better to use.
