Mini player:
- Added a + button to the mini player to restore the full menu.
- Added an X button to close the mini player.
- Reduced the + and X button size for a cleaner fit.
- Adjusted mini player title spacing so it does not overlap the new buttons.

- Changes apply to Retail, TBC, and Vanilla/Classic builds because all versions share the same core UI/Core files.
